This is Remixed version of Reaper’s iconic purple Nevermore skin (and, by extension, the Plague Doctor skin). Demon Genji: While both may technically be considered demons, the only one with the official title goes to the Remixed version of Oni Genji.Frankly, this is a win for cat lovers everywhere. So which skins, exactly, are being remixed, and how do they rate on the Coolness Scale™? And (arguably) more importantly, is this a good strategy for keeping events exciting and fun?Īll the Remixed skins for Overwatch’s Anniversary Remix Vol. Of course, at the end of the day, a big part of this is being done in the name of allocating more resources to the upcoming Overwatch 2 PVP beta. At the moment, the three-part Anniversary event will occur in place of what are normally Archives (now), the standard Anniversary (early May), and Summer Games (July/August), though likely without the long break in between those last two. Here is every reward available in the Season 2 battle pass for Overwatch 2.In an unexpected twist of fate, Overwatch’s next few holiday events will be taking on a slightly different format than in the past. Sojourn has also been adjusted, will her full strength railgun shot no longer being capable of one-shotting a hero with 200 HP. Doomfist has received some significant buffs, decreasing his cooldown lengths and improving the damage output of his abilities. The Season 2 update also includes some buffs and nerfs to other heroes on the roster. Ramattra can also switch to his Nemesis form, which allows him to perform high damage, close-range attacks, attacking as a more offense-focused tank. Ramattra is an Omnic tank, who in his Omnic form can perform long-range attacks and generate shields for friendly teammates. The paid version automatically unlocks the new hero, Ramattra, but for players who don't purchase the battle pass he unlocks at tier 45, slightly earlier in the battle pass than Kiriko was in the previous season. Blizzard also teased a Battle for Olympus event later in the season, where more Greek-inspired skins will be available for purchase. The season is themed around Greek mythology, with the Zeus Junker Queen skin, Poseidon Ramattra skin, and the Hades Pharah skin all included in the premium version of the battle pass. The paid version of the battle pass costs 1,000 Coins, which equates to roughly $10 USD. The Season 2 battle pass features 80 tiers, including nine hero skins, emotes, highlight intros, voice lines and more. Overwatch 2 Season 2 has launched, bringing new tank hero Ramattra, a new map, and a new battle pass filled with skins and cosmetic items. ![]()
